Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds and cancellations

You can cancel your booking by email. Cancellation terms depend on when we receive your request (based on the workshop start date):

30 days or more before the workshop 100% refund
15-29 days before the workshop 50% refund
0-14 days before the workshop No refund (including no-shows)

Ticket transfers

If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to someone else up to 24 hours before the workshop starts, free of charge. Email us the new attendee's name and email address.

If we cancel or make a major change

If we cancel the workshop, you can choose a full refund or a place on a new date.

If we change the date or make another major change that substantially affects attendance, you may request a full refund.

Statutory right of withdrawal (online consumer purchases)

This workshop takes place on specific dates. Under consumer rules, the standard 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases does not apply to leisure services tied to a specific date or period.

How to cancel or transfer

Email us with your order number, attendee name, and workshop date.

Refunds (if applicable) are processed to the original payment method.
